This friend had someone betray him so horribly and break his heart and it just devistated me and CJ so much. He is a really awesome guy, with a heart of gold and to know that someone could take a piece of him away just makes me really want to beat them up.
Gah stupid country music
P know that we are thinking of you always and are lifting you up to God you deserve better, you are awesome
Now for all the single ladies…anyone want a good lookin’, hard workin’, good ole boy? Let me know and I will holla at P for you 😉
The boys went to grandmas saturday night after the pumpkin patch and had a blast, Jayden has athletes foot, I call the swimming pool, CJ thinks the gym…either way :yuck:
Jay has A4A today and even though I feel like shit I am thinking I am going to swing by and grab some shots for the year book, honestly, I am really excited about this and that CJ has next monday off so I can get pics of the halloween party for the year book 🙂
To be honest I am feeling not so manic or anything madness-y about this monday, the homework is done, breakfast is made and consumed, clothes are on and back packs packed…the littles and I are going to the park and library while Jay is at school…should be fun
This Weeks Menu
Fabric covered boxes that is!
Pardon my mess! This is the kids storage for homework, Friday folders, sports bags!
I went to go buy fabric boxes for my cubbies, but they were like $5+ each!!!
So, my lovely friend Becky and I got together and made these lovely boxes with used flat rate boxes (it is illegal to use new priority boxes)
First we spray painted

Our house is normally an absolute bum rush, every man for himself style chaos in the morning, especially on days like today when we get up late and have 45 minutes to make breakfast and get 5 people dressed and out the door, not today though! Today, with 45 minutes on the clock, we had our oatmeal, got dressed, brushed teeth, scripture the whole 9 in 30 minutes! Givin me time to shower and the kids a few to play!!! There was an eerie quiet where the battle of lost shoes used to live and a smile and bounce into the truck in place of tears over missing sweat shirts! AMA zing!!! Emmy starts her board tomorrow! Let’s see how we do with a full day of pumpkin patch and gymnastics 😮

Well here are two of my favorite secrets :)….
I don’t have the time to hit the gym every day or every week for that matter (as has been proven after two week long rounds of sick kids) so I rock the Pop Pilates and I eat lots and lots of Bon Bons 😀
Okay pick your jaw up off the floor! Yes, I eat Bon Bons and I freakin LOVE them, chocolate and peanut butter…and only 15 calories hellz to the yea!
Sneaky Bon Bon
Topping 3 tbsp sugar
2 orange puree cubes
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup nutella
1/2 old fashioned oats
mix all your ingredients (aside from sugar) together
roll into tsp sized balls
roll balls in sugar
OooooOOOooooOOO and the sunday paper had like 4 inserts :love it:
So, with the lower budget our meal plan is lookin like this for this week
Blueberry and Banana Pancake Muffins
Big City Burritos *Jaydens PTCO Fundrasier*
Blueberry and Strawberry Pancake Muffin
Lunch Box Biscuits
Tortilla Roll Up
Mini Pizza on Corn Tortilla
Oven Baked Crispy Chicken
Khamiri, rasa kayi curry, kao suay
Spinach and Veggie Lasagna
I am sure you noticed there is NO FOOD next weekend 😀 It’s because Coreys grandparents will be in town and we will be swinging the food thing by ear. I am super excited to see them and to enjoy some yummy foods this week
Orange Puree (awesome for throwing a cube in mac and cheese! Especially if you bake it, tastes just like hamburger helper, but its made from food)
1 med sweet potato peeled and chopped
3 medium to large carrots peeled and chunked
3 tablespoons of water
Boil for 20 minutes and then process carefully in a food processor until creamy, then freezer in an ice tray 🙂
I know from the title this sounds either very gun rights or elitist, it’s neither! I am doing a 6 week running journal on how the Accountable Kids program has or hasn’t worked for us.
Some back ground- I have been pseudo implementing this program for 9 months…9 months of failure…on my part and confusion on my kids part
So, I ordered a starter kit- the book and a board, the boys already have boards so I got one for Emmy because she is eager to flip cards like her brothers!
I read the book, well enough to know I may have chose the wrong career field, I had no idea kids computed things sooo differently than adults. But hey, better late than never…
