Although most of us have known this for sometime! I agreed today to have my food (and blog!) in the newspaper- and they are coming Thursday!!! Normally this is a non-issue but with breaking being over-uh, yesterday and my blog being not up to date (thank you very much lack of interwebs connection). I feel like I need to be cleaning and cooking non-stop til Thursday!!
Well, since I know that’s not going to happen (cleaning). I shall cook and how’s this for commitment- I will now have to post atleast one delish dish a week- sorry more than that is too much for me 🙂

Gah, sorry about the lack of posting Monday! Whitey, CJs step-dad is in the hospital- we don’t know what’s wrong exactly but it’s getting worse so we need prayers please! And Peggy,
CJs mama broke her foot so need prayers for her too! We will be having thanksgiving in a park in boulder next to the hospital 😦 but we will be decorating the house sat with Peg since right now it looks like whitey will be in the hospital until Monday (yesterday am it was Wednesday and the stay keeps getting longer)

Last night I wasn’t feeling fab so I offered the off spring some Mac and cheese out of a box (gasp) and they said no! They wanted home made healthy Mac and cheese 🙂 :love: well I made the m&c from the box…with a few alterations…
Boil water with diced onion and minced spinach
Add mac and boil
Drain water but not veggie
Add milk (2%) and butter
1/2 packet of powdered cheese
1/2 cup cheese (I used Monterey jack)
As sides I used sweet potato fries and baby corn.
So I’m down to 31.9% body fat, not a huge decrease since my weight is the same but we will see, this week I’m committing to less processed than last week 🙂
My work out schedule this week is
M- 30 min run, Zwow 3,
T- 55 min run, Zwow 4, 6 week 6 pack
W- 45 tempo run, Zwow 5
Th- Zwow 6, 6 wk 6 pk
F- 30 min run, Zwow7
S- 11 mile run

Mini pot pie
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
Filling cheese and left over veggies
Fill cupcake tin with 1 tbsp pie, 1/4 cup filling top with 1 tbsp pie and back at 350 for 25 min serve and enjoy!

I got home one week and two days ago from my grandfathers funeral which was four days of amazing rich tdf foods and dear lord it was good and carried on after I got home so now it’s time to get back at it.
